Yoga for every body & mind

A Welcoming yoga community in North Cork and online, here to support you just as you are.

How did SiMee Yoga begin?

Welcome! I’m Siobhán - founder and yoga teacher behind SiMee Yoga.

The name SiMee was suggested by my dad (pictured here) inspired by my name Siobhán Meehan, “See Me”. The name represents truly seeing each person as they are, and celebrating the uniqueness they bring. SiMee began in 2023, after I returned home from travelling and completing my first yoga teacher training in Bali.

Yoga has supported me in ways I never expected, from healing my relationship with my body, to helping me navigate a very active ADHD mind.

When I moved to North Cork in 2023, I wanted to share the magic of yoga and create a safe space where people could come together to move, breathe, and feel supported, just as they are.

What started as one weekly Yoga class in Ballyhooly Community Gym has now grown into a beautiful, welcoming community with several classes across the week. We’ve since expanded into Ballyhooly Community Hall as well and now offer online classes too, bringing yoga into the comfort of your home as well.

Community Kind words 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I absolutely love your classes Siobhan!
You have no idea how much they help me mentally physically and spiritually. If I miss a class my partner notices it in me!!

I cannot recommend Siobhan enough! Her yoga classes have been a game-changer for me during my pregnancy. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate, creating a safe and nurturing environment where I felt completely supported.

I have been going to Siobhan’s Yoga Classes with a year and a half or so, and they have had a hugely positive impact on my life. Siobhan has built a beautiful supportive and safe space for all those who attend her classes

Really enjoying the classes, have only done the vinyasa so far but want to try the yin to see different style. I like how its nice and dark and relaxing when you come in. Everyone at different levels but never an issue and no one made to feel not able.
