We offer a variety of yoga classes tailored to different needs and abilities on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Choose from invigorating Vinyasa sessions or calming, slow-paced Yin Yoga. Enjoy ample free parking, and rest assured that all yoga mats and props are provided
